Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, let us know within 7 days of receiving the item and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.  Please be prepared to send an image of what you received.  Please remember that our natural products may contain imperfections that add to their uniquely handcrafted nature and are not considered to be damage.

We will contact Print Melon, on your behalf, for any incorrect or defective apparel items.  They require an image of the issue (defect, wrong art, misplacement, etc.).  If the issue is due to their end, they will send a new item at no cost.
